JN AZC-1117 AmmoniumZirconium Carbonate Repellent is environmental friendly and is very easy tocrosslink and solidify. When it is used with synthetic latex, starch and othernatural adhesives, the chemical reactions between them provides excellentwater-resistance. This product cures fast when off the machine, significantlyimproving the printability properties such as surface picking speed and wetfriction resistance of coated paper(board) and carbonless copying base paper.This product can be used in food packaging, coated paper, white cardboard, castcoated paper, white paper, computer printing paper, specialty paper, etc.

v Use
The adding amount of theproduct (undiluted liquid) is 0.3% to 0.6% of pigment weight. Add the productin the final process of coating preparation. Before adding, the optimal pHvalue for the painting is between 8-10.
v Caution
The product should be storedin a cool and shady place (5 ℃ ~ 30 ℃).Avoidfreezing and sun exposure. Avoid contacting with copper ions and strong acid.It’s unstable in acid medium.
v Packing
25 kg、 200 kg、1000 kgplastic drum, or according to customer requirements.
