v  Function

JN PAM-1121 SurfaceReinforcing Agent is anionic polyacrylamide surface enhancer for size press andthe gate roll coating process. In the coating process, this product providesthe paper with improved surface strength, bonding strength and sizing degree. Theproduct, as a reinforcing agent, can be used alone, or combine with starch orPVA. The product does not need heating or gelatinization. It mixes fully withboth cold water and hot water, and helps improve the strength of coatingprocess paper, fine paper and other paper.

Conditions permitted, mix JNPAM-1121Surface Reinforcing Agent with water at the ratio of 1:2. And then addit to the prepared starch solution for surface sizing. Or the product can alsobe directly added to the prepared starch solution without being diluted. Theratio of JN PAM-1121 Surface Reinforcing Agent and starch is generally 1:(15-30), and it can also be adjusted according to actual situation.

v  Caution

The materials for dilutiontank and piping and so on should be made of FRP, PVC, PE and other plastic orstainless steel. Do not use dilution tank and piping and so on which are madeof iron. Do not mix with other chemicals. As the product is acidic substances,if it contacts with the skin, then rinse with tap water. The product should bestored in a cool and shady place (5 ℃ - 30 ℃), avoid freezing and sun exposure.
